USERRA NOTICE NOW REQUIRED TO BE POSTED

All employers must post this notice of employees' rights under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) in the employer's customary notice location.  The notice, created by the United States Department of Labor, explains employees' rights under USERRA, which covers employment reinstatement and benefits rights for service members and is applicable to all public and private sector employers.
