Katharine Klausing Howe

Merit Scholar, Katharine earned the recognition of “Highest Ranking
Graduate - College of Arts and Sciences” when she graduated summa cum
laude in honors studies with a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Political Science and History from Texas Tech University in
2000. Katharine obtained her law degree cum laude from Texas Tech
University in 2003, and she is licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
Katharine’s
current legal affiliations include
membership in the State Bar of Texas, the Plano Bar Association, the Collin County Bar Association,
the
Labor and Employment Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, and Phi Delta Phi International Legal
Fraternity.
